OR Registered Nurse | Hendersonville, North Carolina New

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse skilled in Operating Room nursing, offering a 13-week contract commencing in late December 2025. This role requires a dedicated RN with comprehensive experience across multiple surgical service lines and comfort in handling emergency situations within the OR environment.

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Active NC or compact RN license
• AHA BLS certification (to be attached upon application)
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an operating room setting
• Successful completion of at least one travel assignment
• Proficiency with charting on the EPIC system within the last 6 months
• Extensive current experience with general surgery, orthopedic, joint replacement, urology, endoscopy, trauma, and robotic (Davinci) surgeries
• Specific expertise in cataracts/retina procedures, vascular surgeries including thrombectomy, and cesarean sections is mandatory

• Deliver safe and effective perioperative nursing care across varied surgical specialties
• Respond adeptly to emergency situations within the operating room
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic documentation using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
